DEADLINES.COM REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: April 1, 2012
Deadlines.com’s liability to you for any reason whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to a refund of fees paid by you to Deadlines.com in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
Deadlines.com will consider refunding service fees in the event of a clerical or billing error on the part of Deadlines.com. In such an event, the Authorized User can contact our Support Department.
Please note that Deadlines.com will not be held liable for a refund for any technical difficulties that interfere in any way with an Authorized User’s access to or use of the output from this web service, unless such technical difficulties result solely through the fault of Deadlines.com. Only if such technical difficulty is solely the fault of Deadlines.com (as determined by Deadlines.com in its sole discretion), will Deadlines.com refund a service charge to an Authorized User upon receipt and confirmation of the written details from the Authorized User.
Neither Authorized Users or any other user will be entitled to any refund whatsoever in the event that such Authorized User or user does not utilize all of the Deadlines.com services and/or materials for which such Authorized User or user has subscribed.
