Can I close a case at any time?

Yes, you can close or open a case at any time by going to My Deadlines > Case List and clicking on the “Closed” check box.  Please note you will be charged for any cases that were open during a given a month.

When will I be billed for open cases in Deadlines.com?

You will be billed at the end of each month for any cases that were open during the month. 

Do you provide monthly statements of my Deadlines.com charges?

Yes, Deadlines.com provides monthly statements that can be emailed or viewed online.  Simply go to My Account Billing Information and select the Client Billing tab to set up your monthly statements (which are sent on the 7th of the month).  To view...   More

Yes!  Deadlines.com offers email reminders, as well as reminders in Outlook if using the Deadlines.com Outlook Sync.
