Please use the Contact Us links on the DOD home page and on the My DOD page. This is a good starting place for current DOD users and the place for “soon-to-be” users to begin. There you will find an easy to use form to submit a question or comment. Our telephone numbers and links to our sales staff and our support site (for registered users) also can easily be found here.
If you have a question related specifically to our Court Rules, our insurance company requires that you submit it in writing to our Court Rules Department. Rules questions are typically answered within a few hours.
Our Customer Service personnel is available by telephone or via the website and can be reached during our normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00am Pacific Time. Our support site is available to registered users 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It is actively managed during our normal business hours and is often monitored on weekends and evenings.
