Deadlines On Demand

Note: DOD membership is entirely optional and you can cancel your membership at any time.

DOD membership provides your firm with valuable discounts on DOD usage.  For a $20 monthly membership fee, firms receive:

1. A monthly credit of $30 toward DOD usage (that’s a guaranteed 150% return on your investment).  This credit is applied to your account each month on your billing anniversary.  Credits do not accumulate and must be used before your next billing anniversary.  You continue to receive a credit each time your membership fee is successfully billed.

2. A 10% discount on all DOD usage.

3. Free CNS date regenerations.  DOD’s patented Change Notification Service sends you an email to notify you each time court rules change that might affect a pending deadline on your account.  A link in that email takes you to a page on the DOD website where you can regenerate your dates to reflect those changes.  DOD Members do not pay for these date regenerations.

4. Free promotional usage.  From time to time, DOD sends out coupons for free promotional usage to its members.
