Users - Do I have to be an attorney to use DOD?
No. You do not have to be an attorney to use DOD. Legal Administrators, Paralegals, Legal Assistants and other law firm personnel can use DOD. We just ask that, per our license agreement, you do so under the supervision of an attorney. A link to our License Agreement appears on the DOD Home Page and on the My DOD page.
