Area of Practice & Event Selection
Next, select the correct area of law for your case (such as Civil Litigation) and then select the event from the tree-list of events. Events are categorized. In most cases, categories are listed in chronological order – how your case will proceed. For example, the Filing of the Complaint is listed under “Pleadings” which appears at the top of the event selection list (since it is early in the case).
