The updated court rules cover jurisdictions in Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.
