FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LOS ANGELES – March 10, 2006 – Deadlines On Demand, LLC (“DOD”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CompuLaw, LLC, that provides legal deadline calculation services at www.deadlines.com, announced today that it has registered more than 10,000 users for its on-line service. DOD was officially launched on November 1, 2004 to provide solo practitioners and small firms with reliable rules-based court deadlines on a pay-per-use basis. The DOD service is designed to save attorneys time while helping to protect them from the leading cause of malpractice claims – legal calendar related errors.

“We are very proud of the increasing number of firms that have selected Deadlines On Demand for their court rules-based calendaring needs,” said Joseph C. Scott, J.D., Vice President and General Manager, Deadlines On Demand, LLC/CompuLaw, LLC. “We quickly reached 10,000 users, well ahead of our most optimistic goals. Much of this success is attributed to word of mouth and our growing “Tell-A-Friend” program, where users directlyrefer law firms and their colleagues to DOD’s services. Firms select Deadlines On Demand to protect both their clients’ and their firm’s interests. And they seem anxious to tell their colleagues about the service.”

DOD provides deadline calculations for jurisdictions in all 50 states including State, Federal, Appellate, Supreme Court, Bankruptcy, Probate and Family Law and much more. Because the technology behind DOD includes CompuLaw’s extensive library of rules databases, law firms trust that DOD delivers accurate, time-tested results. Currently, nearly 100,000 attorneys rely on CompuLaw to ensure that they meet their legal rules-related deadlines. CompuLaw has provided the legal profession with the most accurate calendaring tools for more than two decades and now, with DOD, brings a cost efficient means to offer these benefits to small law firms and solo practitioners.

“Deadlines On Demand offers countless benefits for law firms – unlimited access and flexibility, accuracy and reliability, and it saves hours of time in research and phone calls checking and re-checking court dates,” said Erik Langeland, Esq., of Erik Langeland P.C., a New York-based law firm that specializes in civil litigation. “I'm not at all surprised that DOD has already signed-up over 10,000 customers. Word travels fast that DOD is easy to use, dependable and gets the job done. I recommended it to my colleagues every chance I get.”

The DOD research service gives small firms and solo practitioners a means to quickly and inexpensively calculate their critical deadlines, without the need to install and learn software. DOD requires just four data inputs to produce results and the modest charges are tracked for easy bill-back to clients. DOD researches the rules, adjusts for holidays and schedules all deadlines for a single legal proceeding in seconds. Users can print reports, or download the information into Outlook® or any system that accepts iCalendar files.
