Deadlines On Demand Announces Results of Customer Satisfaction Survey and 75,000 Registered Users

LOS ANGELES – April 16, 2008 – Deadlines On Demand, LLC (“DOD”), the only court rules-based calendaring service on the Internet with automated rules update notifications, recently commissioned a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey to learn more about the evolving needs of its users, and to better serve its customers. The survey was managed independently by K&S Public Relations LLC through online surveys, December 11-December 21, 2007.
In addition, Deadlines On Demand announced today that it has officially registered more than 75,000 attorneys and legal professionals as DOD users. A wholly owned subsidiary of CompuLaw, LLC, DOD was launched in Q1 2005 to help save attorneys time and protect them from legal calendar-related errors – the leading cause of malpractice claims.

Of the participants that responded to the DOD Customer Satisfaction Survey:
- The two most important factors considered when selecting DOD was ease-of-use (61%) and its court rules databases (53%).
- 91% are satisfied with DOD legal deadline calculation services.
- Over 86% state that DOD has met or has exceeded their expectations.
- Over 86% will continue to use DOD for their legal deadline calculations.
- Over 88% are likely to recommend Deadlines On Demand to colleagues and friends.
- Over 84% state that DOD helps protect their firm from calendar-related errors (i.e. missing court dates and deadlines) – the leading cause of legal malpractice claims.
- Also, more than 20% of participants volunteered that they receive financial discounts or other considerations from their malpractice insurance company for using a rules-based calendaring service.
